Bashar Al-Assad
A ruthless dictator who doesn't say ‘yes’.
When you took over as
president on 10 July 2000, after 30 years of a ruthless dictatorship led by
your father, Hafez Al-Assad, both the Syrian people and the international
community thought you would be a reformer, that you would bring democracy to
your country. Thirteen years later, you are seen in a very different light.
Ever since the Syrian uprising began in the spring of 2011, you have
obstinately rejected any possibility of reform and have not hesitated to use
imprisonment, torture and summary execution to silence opposition voices. In
your determination to hold on to power, you have been responsible for an
unprecedented bloodbath.
In his first Western interview with Barbara Walters he said. quote "There was no command to kill" He has denied his involvement with the Government and the Military forces. But answer this Assad what do you do? merely a face for Syria... if you are then leave. Stop your lies and your denials against your crimes against humanity.
You can have a fancy wife who was born in England and is educated. She can spend thousands of Syrian people's money on shopping. But remember when Syria is free I hope you are not, you will pay for the destruction of thousands of lives.
Syria deserves justice. You deserve imprisonment
"People do not make wars; governments do." R.R
In 2011 there was peaceful protests. Now 2013 its a civil war of blood and freedom.
